This page requests afterpay.com from 24 locations on six continents at the same time. Each location reports the HTTP status code and the response time. When most locations fail, Afterpay is down for everyone. When only a few fail, the problem is regional. When every location gets an answer, Afterpay is up and the problem is probably between you and the site. ### What should I do if Afterpay is down for me only? Reload without the browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac) or open afterpay.com in a private window. Flush your DNS cache, or switch to a public DNS resolver such as 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8. Turn your VPN or proxy off, or on, to take a different route, and try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi to rule out your ISP. If other sites fail too, contact your ISP. ### Where is the official Afterpay status page? The official Afterpay status page is status.afterpay.com. It shows what the company reports and is the source of truth for incidents it confirms. This page is independent: Uptrack is not affiliated with Afterpay. It requests the public website afterpay.com itself, so it can show a problem before the status page changes. It does not test sign-in or API calls, so use the official page for those. ### How do I get an alert when Afterpay is down? Many vendors let you subscribe on their official status page, and that tells you what the vendor confirms. To learn about a failure on your side, add an HTTP monitor in Uptrack for the address your app depends on. It checks every 30 seconds and alerts you by email or chat when a check fails. Paid plans check from several locations and alert only when several of them confirm the failure. See the pricing page for plans. To get an alert instead of checking by hand, read [what uptime monitoring is](https://uptrack.app/blog/what-is-uptime-monitoring), see [how Uptrack monitors a site](https://uptrack.app/features/uptime-monitoring) or compare the [plans](https://uptrack.app/pricing). ## Check other services [Stripe](https://uptrack.app/tools/is-website-down/stripe.com) [PayPal](https://uptrack.app/tools/is-website-down/paypal.com) [Venmo](https://uptrack.app/tools/is-website-down/venmo.com) [Cash App](https://uptrack.app/tools/is-website-down/cash.app) [Wise](https://uptrack.app/tools/is-website-down/wise.com) [Revolut](https://uptrack.app/tools/is-website-down/revolut.com) [Coinbase](https://uptrack.app/tools/is-website-down/coinbase.com) [Binance](https://uptrack.app/tools/is-website-down/binance.com) [Robinhood](https://uptrack.app/tools/is-website-down/robinhood.com) [Chase](https://uptrack.app/tools/is-website-down/chase.com) [Bank of America](https://uptrack.app/tools/is-website-down/bankofamerica.com) [Wells Fargo](https://uptrack.app/tools/is-website-down/wellsfargo.com) [American Express](https://uptrack.app/tools/is-website-down/americanexpress.com) [Klarna](https://uptrack.app/tools/is-website-down/klarna.com) [Square](https://uptrack.app/tools/is-website-down/squareup.com) [All services](https://uptrack.app/tools/is-website-down#services) [Check any site →](https://uptrack.app/tools/is-website-down)
