Yes. The free plan has 5 monitors checked every 30 seconds from one location, Nuremberg. It covers HTTP and keyword monitors, alerts by email and one chat channel (Discord, Slack or Telegram), 1 status page, 1 team member and 30 days of history. Commercial use is allowed. It does not include ping, port, DNS, SSL, domain, heartbeat and browser checks, webhook, SMS and phone-call alerts, API keys, email subscribers on the status page, and more than one location. The number of free accounts is limited. When the limit is reached, new sign-ups see "Free plan is full" and can choose a paid plan instead.
What does the free plan not include?
Ping, port, DNS, SSL, domain, heartbeat and browser checks, webhook, SMS and phone-call alerts, API keys, email subscribers on the status page, and more than one location. Pro adds 50 monitors, 12 of 22 check locations, webhooks and 5 status pages, from $3/mo. Team and Business add all 22 locations and more.
Who can use the free plan?
The free plan needs a work email address. You can then monitor any site. Signed up with another address? Add a work email address in Settings. Paid plans accept any email address.
Do I need a subscription?
No. The free plan needs no subscription and no credit card. Pro, Team and Business add more monitors, more locations and more features.
What makes Uptrack different from UptimeRobot?
Alert confirmation. Most monitoring tools alert on the first failed check — a single DNS timeout at 3am wakes you up for nothing. Uptrack requires consecutive failed checks before alerting, so you only hear about real incidents.
