Is the free plan really free?
Yes. 10 monitors, 3-minute checks, forever. No credit card required, no trial period, no surprise charges. We want you to use Uptrack and upgrade when you genuinely need more.
What makes Uptrack different from UptimeRobot?
Alert confirmation. Most monitoring tools alert on the first failed check — a single DNS timeout at 3am wakes you up for nothing. Uptrack requires consecutive failed checks before alerting, so you only hear about real incidents.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What payment methods will you accept?
We're integrating Airwallex for payments, which supports all major credit cards and many local payment methods globally. Paid plans are coming soon.
