You may cancel your Uptrack subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
If you are unsatisfied with Uptrack, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal payment. Refund requests made after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. All payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com, who handles refund processing on our behalf.
The Uptrack free plan does not involve any charges and is therefore not subject to this refund policy.
