Is HoYoverse down right now?
HoYoverse is the brand of miHoYo that publishes Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero, with HoYoLAB and a shared HoYoverse account. When it fails, games show login or server connection errors, top-ups do not go through, and HoYoLAB check-ins stop working.
Common questions
Is HoYoverse down right now?
This page requests hoyoverse.com from 22 locations on six continents at the same time. Each location reports the HTTP status code and the response time. When most locations fail, HoYoverse is down for everyone. When only a few fail, the problem is regional. When every location gets an answer, HoYoverse is up and the problem is probably between you and the site.
What should I do if HoYoverse is down for me only?
Reload without the browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac) or open hoyoverse.com in a private window. Flush your DNS cache, or switch to a public DNS resolver such as 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8. Turn your VPN or proxy off, or on, to take a different route, and try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi to rule out your ISP. If other sites fail too, contact your ISP.
