Is Microsoft 365 (Office 365) down right now?
Microsoft 365, still often called Office 365, is the web home for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the other Office apps. Problems usually start at sign-in with a work or personal Microsoft account, or appear as files that will not open in the web apps and license errors in the desktop apps.

This page requests office.com from 22 locations on six continents at the same time. Each location reports the HTTP status code and the response time. When most locations fail, Microsoft 365 (Office 365) is down for everyone. When only a few fail, the problem is regional. What should I do if Microsoft 365 (Office 365) is down for me only?
Reload without the browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac) or open office.com in a private window. Flush your DNS cache, or switch to a public DNS resolver such as 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8. Turn your VPN or proxy off, or on, to take a different route, and try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi to rule out your ISP. If other sites fail too, contact your ISP.
