Is Shopee down right now?
Shopee is a Southeast Asian marketplace owned by Sea Limited, and shopee.vn serves shoppers in Vietnam. On big sale days people report checkout errors, vouchers that will not apply and stale order tracking; testing from several regions shows if the outage is only in Vietnam.
Common questions
Is Shopee down right now?
This page requests shopee.vn from 22 locations on six continents at the same time. Each location reports the HTTP status code and the response time. When most locations fail, Shopee is down for everyone. When only a few fail, the problem is regional. When every location gets an answer, Shopee is up and the problem is probably between you and the site.
What should I do if Shopee is down for me only?
Reload without the browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac) or open shopee.vn in a private window. Flush your DNS cache, or switch to a public DNS resolver such as 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8. Turn your VPN or proxy off, or on, to take a different route, and try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi to rule out your ISP. If other sites fail too, contact your ISP.
