When most locations fail, SendGrid is down for everyone. When only a few fail, the problem is regional. When every location gets an answer, SendGrid is up and the problem is probably between you and the site.
What should I do if SendGrid is down for me only?
Reload without the browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac) or open sendgrid.com in a private window. Flush your DNS cache, or switch to a public DNS resolver such as 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8. Turn your VPN or proxy off, or on, to take a different route, and try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi to rule out your ISP. If other sites fail too, contact your ISP.
