Is Tuta down right now?
Tuta, formerly Tutanota, is an encrypted email and calendar service based in Germany. Users report failed logins, mailboxes that do not sync in the desktop and mobile apps, and calendar events that do not update; a multi-region check shows if the outage is global.
Common questions
Is Tuta down right now?
This page requests tuta.com from 22 locations on six continents at the same time. Each location reports the HTTP status code and the response time. When most locations fail, Tuta is down for everyone. When only a few fail, the problem is regional. When every location gets an answer, Tuta is up and the problem is probably between you and the site.
What should I do if Tuta is down for me only?
Reload without the browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac) or open tuta.com in a private window. Flush your DNS cache, or switch to a public DNS resolver such as 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8. Turn your VPN or proxy off, or on, to take a different route, and try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi to rule out your ISP. If other sites fail too, contact your ISP.
